This sophisticated North Miami Beach residence was designed around a simple philosophy: exceptional technology should be heard and experienced—but rarely seen. Every system was carefully integrated to preserve the clean architectural lines and refined interior design while delivering effortless control and outstanding performance.

A fully integrated automation platform brings together distributed audio and video, Lutron lighting and motorized shading, climate control, enterprise networking, and security into a single intuitive interface accessible from elegant keypads, touchscreens, smartphones, and tablets. Throughout the residence, Amina invisible loudspeakers and concealed in-wall subwoofers provide rich, room-filling sound while remaining completely hidden within the walls and ceilings, creating an immersive listening experience with virtually no visible technology.

To further enhance the minimalist aesthetic, televisions, touchscreens, lighting keypads, electrical outlets, and other wall-mounted devices were meticulously recessed for a perfectly flush appearance. The home also features a custom-engineered VPN and media distribution system, providing seamless access to television programming and streaming content from the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East—allowing the homeowner to enjoy familiar entertainment from around the world without compromising simplicity or performance.
