Max Schuitema is the President and Co-Founder of Elite Integration Partners, bringing more than 35 years of experience in luxury residential technology integration. His career has been dedicated to designing, engineering, and delivering sophisticated smart home, audio/video, networking, security, and automation systems for discerning homeowners, architects, builders, and interior designers.
Originally trained through the Royal Dutch Army Technical Specialist Program, Max combines European engineering discipline with a passion for innovative technology and exceptional craftsmanship. Throughout his career, he has led the successful completion of hundreds of complex residential and commercial integration projects, earning a reputation for meticulous attention to detail, technical excellence, and outstanding customer service.
As a licensed low-voltage contractor in Florida and California, Max believes every system should be engineered for reliability, simplicity, and long-term performance. His hands-on approach ensures that each solution is thoughtfully designed, professionally installed, and fully supported long after project completion.
Outside of his professional work, Max enjoys restoring and preserving vintage electronic test equipment, designing advanced measurement systems, and exploring the engineering principles behind high-performance audio. His passion for precision, continuous learning, and craftsmanship is reflected in every project completed by Elite Integration Partners.
Jason Scott
Jason Scott is the Vice President and Co-Founder of Elite Integration Partners, bringing more than 30 years of experience in luxury residential technology integration. Following his service in the United States Navy, Jason began his career at Ovation Audio Video in Indianapolis, where he developed the technical foundation and craftsmanship that continue to define his work today. After relocating to South Florida in 2019, he co-founded Elite Integration Partners with a commitment to delivering engineering-driven technology solutions and exceptional client experiences.
Throughout his career, Jason has designed and delivered integrated smart home, audio/video, networking, lighting control, security, and automation systems for homeowners, architects, builders, designers, and developers. His passion for engineering, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail ensures every project is thoughtfully designed, expertly executed, and built to perform reliably for years to come.
