Every system was carefully engineered to disappear into the home while delivering exceptional performance, effortless control, and an uncompromising luxury experience.
At the heart of the home is a comprehensive Crestron automation system integrated with Lutron HomeWorks lighting and motorized shading. Elegant Lutron Palladiom glass keypads, touchpanels, iPads, and handheld touchscreen remotes provide effortless control of lighting, shading, climate, entertainment, and the entire home environment. Distributed high-performance audio and video allow music and television to be enjoyed throughout the residence with exceptional quality and ease of use.
One of the home's most distinctive features is the extensive use of Future Automation ceiling-mounted TV lift mechanisms in the bedrooms, allowing televisions to disappear completely when not in use while preserving unobstructed ocean views through floor-to-ceiling glass.
